V-Day Main Course: SALMON IN LEMON SAUCE

- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt (marinate and to taste)
- Salmon

Salmon:
Marinate salmon in salt before cooking. Sear salmon on all sides. Remove.

Sauce:
Squeeze lemon juice in pan directly. Add olive oil. Add salt (omit if low sodium desired). Drizzle on salmon.
